Audrey Hort
Intern of Counseling
Hello, my name is Audrey! I am currently pursuing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of
Colorado. Originally from the small farmlands of Wisconsin, I moved to Colorado with my family when I was 15, and
I’ve fallen in love with the stunning beauty and vibrant community here.
My free time is spent exploring various artistic outlets. I love theater, writing, singing, and playing instruments. I
believe that art serves as a powerful outlet for difficult emotions and plays a significant role in healing and
mindfulness. I also enjoy working out, hiking, and hanging out with my dog.
I hold a BA in Psychology and Sociology along with a minor in Theater from the University of Colorado. This unique
blend of disciplines allows me to understand both the internal and external factors that shape individual experiences,
helping me to see the bigger picture of everyone’s specific needs. I consider it a privilege to hold space for people
from all walks of life, and I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth in my practice.
I look forward to working with you!
