While the main focus in couples therapy is on working with both partners, our therapists might also recommend individual sessions if that would benefit one of you.
How long does couple therapy usually last?
The length of the therapeutic process varies from one couple to another. Typically, it might take between 15 and 20 sessions to explore your issues and achieve your goals.
What if my partner is reluctant to try couples therapy?
