How should I prepare for a massage?
Try not to eat a big meal right before the appointment to avoid discomfort. Wear comfortable clothing – you can undress only if you feel comfortable to do so. Plan to arrive a couple of minutes early. Lastly, please notify us if you have any preferences or specific areas on your body to avoid.
