As a counseling intern working towards my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health, I am driven by a deep commitment to assist individuals in navigating their mental health challenges and facilitating their personal growth and well-being I have a passion for working with children and adolescents but find fulfillment in working with individuals of all backgrounds. I am here to gently guide you, with empathetic and active listening, a safe non-judgmental space, and unconditional positive regard. I resonate deeply with person-centered therapy and existentialist therapy, which provides clients with a genuine environment conducive to self-actualization and a space to define what is meaningful for you.
