2.Find Your Match
Based on your current situation, preferences, and expectations, we will pair you with a therapist whose style and expertise best fit your unique needs Or you can choose your therapist based on compatibality by reading their profile.. Your first session is a great time to determine how comfortable you feel with us, share what brought you here, and what you hope to achieve in the therapeutic process.
3.Start Your Healing Journey
Once you’ve green-lit your therapeutic match, the healing process begins. We’ll schedule regular sessions, either online or in person at our Colorado Springs office. Guided by your therapist, you will work on creating a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals and move toward a life filled with wisdom, clarity, and healing.

What Will My First Session Look Like?
Your first session is a great time to determine how comfortable you feel with us, share what brought you here, and what you hope to achieve in the therapeutic process.
Will My Therapy Be Confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is the number one priority in therapy. Every topic discussed during sessions is protected by law unless it’s a case of abuse or heightened risk of hurting others or yourself. These specific instances will be discussed and explained to you by our therapists.
How Often Do We Need To Meet?
Most of our clients begin therapy with weekly meetings. We also recommend that frequency as it helps build commitment, momentum and continuity of the therapeutic process. With time, you can switch to bi-weekly or even monthly sessions if needed.
How Long Is The Entire Therapeutic Process?
The length of the therapeutic process varies from one person to another. Some clients might meet their objective with around 10 sessions, while others might wish to explore their mental health with long-term support.
What Is a Clinical Mental Health Intern?
Our interns are graduate students currently enrolled in counseling programs around the country including Colorado Springs area. Interns have finished – or are about to finish – all required coursework from their graduate programs, and are working towards completing internship hours so that they can pursue licensure in a mental health field.
What Is Your Fee?
Our 60-minute sessions are $100, with the exception of Katrina’s sessions, which start at $200/hour.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Yes, here’s the list of accepted insurances: Medicaid, Colorado Community Health Alliance, Colorado Access, Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EPA.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you’d like to cancel your appointment and avoid late cancellation fees, please make sure to do so 24 hours before the scheduled session. Medicaid clients are not charged a cancellation fee.
