Summer Bowman
Intern of Counseling
Hi, my name is Summer and I’m working on my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling (CMHC). As a counselor and member of the queer community, I am passionate
about helping others find their voice. It is important to me to provide a space where you feel truly
heard, accepted, and understood. My counseling style is grounded in somatic and
mindfulness-based approaches, where individuals connect with their emotions, deepen
self-awareness, and build positive self-talk. Together we will work toward you becoming the
person you aspire to be by setting meaningful goals, navigating difficult truths, and sharpening
your strengths. My hope is for you to feel empowered to be your authentic self and to embrace
your journey with confidence. When I’m not at school or in the office, you might find me in hot
yoga, out walking my dogs Bean and Olive, or sitting at a campfire with my family.
