Kayla Pittman
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Hi, I’m Kayla. I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed,
stuck in repeating patterns, or navigating stressful life transitions. My approach to
therapy is collaborative and focused on creating a space where you can slow down, talk
openly, and not feel like you have to have everything figured out. I have several years of
experience working with adolescents and families in community-based mental health,
which shaped my understanding of how relationships, environment, and daily stress
impact emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves
and develop tools that support lasting change.
